Hygiene Policy
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for items due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or style preferences. Please double-check your order details (including style, size, and quantity) before completing your purchase.
Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will only accept exchanges or replacements if:
The item arrives damaged.
You receive an item that is different from what you ordered.
If either of these issues occurs, please contact us immediately at hello@craftnailsbank.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem and arrange for a replacement.
Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return (for damaged or incorrect items only), the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be unused, with all components (e.g., tool kits) included.
The original packaging must be intact and included.
You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation).
Note: Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Return Process

Approval Required: Returns will only be accepted with prior written approval.
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days.
